of Boarding and Reservation

The person hiring our services is responsible for correctly indicating all of the boarding information, such as:

• Number of passengers.

• How many pieces of luggage and details of your luggage.

• Flight schedules as well as the flight code (if any), time and point of departure.

• Extra props if needed, for example, baby chairs.

• Only adults of legal age can book a reservation.

You can either make the full payment of your transfer when booking your reservation or before boarding. Your reservation will be processed and confirmed by e-mail, and we will provide the driver with your voucher before boarding time.

Any reservation cancelled within a period shorter than 12 hours is subject to a 5€ fee to cover administrative expenses.

Any error detected after the reservation must be reported to Oporto Ride as soon as possible, so we can take the necessary measures when needed.

Oporto Ride cannot be held responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided at the time of booking your reservation.

We suggest you book your reservation 24 hours in advance for better efficiency.

You should inform us as soon as possible of any changes to your flight schedule, train, or any other transportation, that interferes with the pre-arranged time of your transfer, so we can solve any problems in the best way.

• If we are not informed of any changes to your schedule, we will not be held responsible for keeping the driver waiting, and we will not be able to refund your transfer.

Each passenger is entitled to carry a 90cm × 50cm × 25cm suitcase and hand luggage. If your luggage does not comply with these measures, please let us know at the time of booking.

• Any type of luggage other than travel bags – such as golf equipment, skis, surfboards, among others – must be informed at the time of booking.

• Any luggage or material not previously mentioned and that interferes with the proper driving of the vehicle, may be rejected at the time of boarding.

The driver will wait for you holding a sign with your name on it at the agreed time and place.

Animals are accepted as long as they are properly prepared for travelling. Otherwise, we may reject transportation with no refund.

We reserve the right to refuse the boarding of people who exhibit inappropriate behaviour and who can: influence the driving or attention of the driver, or be considered a threat to the vehicle itself. In this case, we will not be able to refund you.

We will drive you without making stops from the point of departure to your destination.

Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
