1. Are you a licensed company for airport transfers and passenger transfer?
Yes. We are a licensed passengers transfer company. Our registration number in Portugal-RNAAT Tourism is 489/202.
2. Is the service available all day and night?
Yes. We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
3. Are the prices fixed?
Yes. All prices confirmed at the moment of reservation are fixed prices. There might be additional fees in case there are changes to the route previously agreed.
4. If my flight gets delayed or cancelled by the airline company, will you charge me with any additional fees?
No. Based on the flight details you will provide us when booking your transfer, we will be on the lookout for any changes to your flight. However, we thank you for letting us know by e-mail or messaging in case there are any changes.
5. What happens after I book my online reservation?
Your reservation will be confirmed by e-mail.
6. We will be travelling with children. Can you supply us with baby seats which can guarantee their safety?
The baby seats are a service we provide with no additional costs. We kindly ask you to let us know beforehand or at the moment of your reservation.
7. How will I find my driver at the airport? What should I do if I don't find him?
The driver will be waiting for you at your arrival gate, holding a sign with your name on it. In case you have any difficulties, you can ring us or send us an e-mail (please see the Contact information available on the website).
8. Is the insurance included in the price?
Yes.
9. I didn't receive my confirmation voucher. What should I do?
If you can't find your confirmation voucher after booking your reservation, you can contact us via e-mail or phone so that we can help you. Please see the Contact information available on the website.
10. Will the driver leave me at my hotel door?
Yes. When booking your reservation, your point of departure and arrival should be specified.
